The report you have access to is the same report that a buyer gets when they are done with their selections at the Design Center. However, when the report is run, it will not contain pricing.

This report was designed to help you sell spec homes. Your spec homes are priced as the entire house and it is priced based on the market, which fluctuates. We do not want your spec buyers to argue on the prices of specific products, which is why we remove them.

All you need is an address. You can use names and emails, but addresses are usually the easiest way to look up homes.

Essentially, all you are doing is Impersonating that address.

There is some criteria that needs to be met before you can run the report. All of these items are handled by the Design Center.

1. The address must be in VEO

2. The address must have gone through your Design Center for selections using VEO.

3. Those design selections must have the status set to “Completed.”

If any of one of these criteria are not met, you will not be able to run the report.

1. Find the address that you need the report for.

2. Go to the User Impersonation search screen.

3. Enter the address of he house in the Address field. Remember, less is usually more. All you need is the “numbers” of the address, “space” and a few letters of the street. This should be enough info to find your house.

4. Click the Impersonate button.

5. VEO will take you back to your dashboard.

6. On the “Your Shortcuts” module at the bottom of your screen, you should see a 5th button on the far right called “Selection Report.”

7. Click it and “Go” and VEO will open a new tab in your browser and start downloading the report.

8. It may take a few moments to display on your screen depending on the size of the report and the quality of your local internet connection.

9. From here it is simply a pdf that you can either download to your computer or print.

If you are searching for the address and you are having an issue finding it, try these suggestion…

1. Validate the address is correct. Believe it or not, this is a easy mistake.

2. Make sure the street name is spelled correctly.

3. Less is more. Enter only the numbers of he address and a few letters of the street. Do not go all the way to “St” or “Street”, or “St.” If the address is abbreviated and you spell out everything, you will not find it. If you are adding a period and it does not have one in VEO, you will not find it.

4. Maybe it is not is VEO for some reason.

Solution, Contact the Design Center and ask them how it is entered.

I can find it, but there is no “Selection Report” button in the Your Shortcuts module on my dashboard.

1. Let your Design Center know you are trying to run the report but it may not be set to “Completed.”

2. Contact the Design Center and ask them to run a report “without” pricing and send it to you.

3. Or they can change the status to “Completed.” There may be a perfectly legitimate reason for this o happen, which is why you need to contact your Design Center.

Do not contact our support team. we will not change statuses on design selections. That must go through your Design Center.
