Sign In Card
There are three reasons homebuyers don’t use VEO Design Studio at home:
They do not know which website to go to.
They do not remember the email they gave the Sales Counselor when they were signed up to use VEO Design Studio.
They forget their password.
What we suggest is to have created, printed out, and on hand at all times, a card that has at minimum those three pieces of information. It can look something like this —
Make sure that the card includes at a minimum:
The correct VEO website URL. (We have more than one)
The word “Email” and a blank line for them to write the email that they gave you to register them in VEO Design Studio.
The word “Password” so they can write down the password they create when you have them sign in at your desk. They will go through the process to set their actual password.
Add anything else you feel is important for your buyers.
Usage instructions -
When you are about to set a new buyer up, whether they are a prospect or a newly contracted buyer, and this is their first time in VEO, have these cards on hand, pull one out and have them fill it out as you set them up. They can then bring this card home with them and should have no problems accessing VEO and continuing on with their new home buying journey with you.
Any work they started with you on your computer will be saved and available for them to use at home as long as they are signed in under their profile on your computer.
Your builder may have already created theses cards, so ask your management if they have anything on hand.
